Bio:
Leona Savoie’s career in real estate started in 1998 and has worked for several esteemed GTA based developers and builders as a development professional. She has a strong foundation of working on complex mixed use projects in urban settings.
Leona is currently Vice President of Development at Hullmark Developments Ltd. a real estate investment and development company that is committed to shaping a vibrant and transforming urban Toronto. In the span of 6 years at Hullmark, Leona has been part of growing a company from 1 property under management to well over 35 and growing. She has been an instrumental team member moving the company from one that focused solely on residential condominium development in the suburbs to one that is focusing on investment of all asset classes, big and small, new and old and all predominantly in the City of Toronto core and periphery to the core.
Leona has always been a very active member of BILD trying to shape policy changes that affect how the development and building industry conducts business day to day. She is an Executive Committee member of the BILD Board of Directors.
